›TI-84® is a registered trademark of Texas Instruments. CalcOS is not affiliated with Texas Instruments.
›The calculator is an independent implementation and does not contain TI software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

›CalcOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
›We do not guarantee accuracy for critical applications.
›Do not use CalcOS for medical, financial, or safety-critical calculations.

Limitation of Liability

›CalcOS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
›Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid ($0 for free users).
